Good hotel with friendly staff

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle bus to/from the airport. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with a kitchenette and laundry facilities. Next to the beach

The beach was not what we expected- dark beige sand and dark brown water. The water was very warm, and the beach was not crowded, but there was a lot of construction.

Fiji Family Holiday

The staff were super friendly and funny, always keen for a quick chat. Location perfect as we had our own beach in front of us and only 10mins drive to Nadi.

Cleaning schedule, they mentioned they cleaned every third day for environment reasons etc and to call through if we wanted it done. I think it would be great to clean daily and if you don't want your room cleaned then have a sign on the door to say do not clean.

Well-serviced apartment

The room was really comfortable, spacious with all needs catered for in terms of kitchen & laundry facilities. It was great to have the washer, dryer & clothes horse. The bed was very comfy. Pool towels provided were also a plus. If travelling the day of check-out, there's a public shower available if your flight is later in the day & you can stay pool or beach side with the comfort of having a shower before departing for the flight. It's close to the airport, so a good stay if you need a short-term base if in transit. The rooftop restaurant/bar was ideal in terms of views, nice staff & menu options. Small gym also a plus.

While the accommodation was perfect for my needs, & the staff were all very helpful, the location isn't the nicest. If doing tours each day, it's a good base to operate from, but if looking for a nice beach & resort stay, or staying more than 2/3 days, other locations would be more suitable as the beach & surrounding street area isn't the nicest. The TV selection in the room is poor.

Great staff, comfy rooms, not the best beach

Comfortable room, great long size bed and a second room for our kids. 2 bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were very friendly and the food was great especially the hot plates!

The beach wasn’t what we expected from Fiji. Black sand and dark ocean but it was extremely warm and pleasant to swim in.

Amazing staff. One young manager girl even guided us to a restaurant with fiji original and non-processed food and then to a club to see a bit of fiji night life. She waited for us for two hours after she finished work until dinner time and spent her leisure time for guiding us!

The beach isn't perfect. But the place is near to the harbour and air field and so, a good start point for any kind of trips and day tours.

The room is really big and it comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry service in the room.

We were told that water from the tap is drinkable. However we realised that the water was pale yellow . We reported to the front desk however no addition water given to us. During check out the front desk staff forget to return us the room key security deposit (250 fiji dollar) and was uncontactable after they send an email to me to inform me that the security deposit is still with them. I waited for 5 days and send several email to them. Unfortunately no reply from them. then I decided to try using the “need help” service from booking.com. Less than 24hrs there was a reply. I am glad that I get back my deposit however at a loss. The resort didn’t offer to absorb the oversea transaction fee.

Loved the service, felt very welcomed! Rooms was loved by the whole family and kids loved the pool!

I loved the facilities at the Ramada suites, having a kitchen, ironing board and gym was very handy. The hotel was new and clean and cheaper than the other hotels around the area. I was very happy with our stay. The cocktails at Ramada were also great and cheap! The drive to Denarau was only $25 each way. I found this good as hotels in Denarau were over priced and lacked the charm Ramada suites had.

The water takes a long time to heat up. Cold showers were regular. Sleeping on the beach side of the hotel is noisy with the restaurant blasting music on fri, sat and Sun. Being a light sleeper I had to wear earplugs. That being said the music does stop around 11:30pm. Just was hard the first few nights as I was so tired.

The staff were absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to take care of us on our getaway. Location was beautiful waking up to the beautiful beach and trees was breath taking. Our absolutely amazing restaurant staff were the best I have ever encountered!

Food portions were a bit small, perhaps just different to New Zealand. However this was from the sister resort next door as Ramada’s restaurant was still in the process of opening. Would love to return when it’s up and running.

The room was actually like a little apartment, with cooking, dishwasher and clothes washing/drying facilities. It was a perfect size and very new! We loved it and wished we stayed for longer. We were greeted with a cold towel and a bottle of water and our foot massages were amazing! Perfect after a long day’s travel. We would definitely look to return to this hotel if we came back to Fiji.

The location is handy for the airport (with free transfers to and from), but it will cost around FJD 25-30 if you wish to travel to Port Denarau (although most tours will pick and drop off at the hotel). The whole area is under development and eating choices are currently limited, but am sure this will improve with time and it will be great once everything is finished. The hotel had live music / DJ until around 1 am in the morning on the Sat, but we were placed into one of the rooms at the side of the hotel and were not disturbed by the noise and slept well.

The hotel was great, close to the airport and nice pool and beach. It was a beautiful retreat. The spa was amazing, the best massage I have had in my life. We did an early check in that save our time in Fiji. I would love to come back in my next holidays.

Friendly staff but pick up from airport was a shambles, took over an hour and was solely due to poor communication between hotel and driver, this needs serious attention and training immediately

The restaurant food from next door was very poor standard. The cooked full breakfast was the worst hotel meal ever. The dinner was just ok , u management seriously need to try the food and c for yourselves In summary great location and room and friendly staff but the airport pick up and food offering is so poor unfortunately I can not recommend this hotel

Good size room Nice view of the beach

Continental breakfast was very poor and could only be taken next door hotel .Bring handed a bowl and staff scooping out of a bin 2 spoons of cornflakes was not good .Frlt a decent cup of coffee would be included with cost of breakfast not dried freezes coffee . Was not happy being told midd afternoon the resteraunt did not have any Vonu .Two hours later I asked the same question and hey presto a bottle of Vonu turned up . Not a good luck ,when you display it on your drinks list
